Use
Give your eyes the intensity you want for a magnetizing look. Apply the Waterproof Eye Pencil No 04 pencil on the eyelids, on the waterline or inside the eye line. You can give eyeliner line and even create smokey . The proper tip of the pencil is important for controlling the movements, you can have it with the double sharpener .
Tip : For a super result, use the right dido mascara for you.
